Authorized invoices

The payment page is for an existing FIX256 invoice. Use its invoice number and billing email. Do not look up another organization’s invoice without permission. Amount, currency, due date, and charges follow the invoice and applicable agreement. Email admin@fix256.com about errors before paying.

Checkout and payment status

When online payments are enabled, you enter an invoice reference, USD payment amount, and receipt email on our billing page. Stripe provides embedded checkout for amount review and card entry. This website does not collect full card numbers or security codes. FIX256 maintains invoice references and payment status records. Entering a reference does not verify the invoice or its outstanding balance. Partial payments require prior agreement, and FIX256 billing reviews and applies payments to invoices.

A return page alone does not prove payment settled. Confirmation depends on verified processor status and the invoice record. Some methods may remain pending. Check with billing before retrying an uncertain payment. When checkout is unavailable, request payment instructions by email.

Refunds, cancellation, and recurring charges

Refunds, credits, cancellation, renewals, and payment obligations follow your executed agreement and applicable law. This notice does not add a blanket “no refunds” rule or change statutory rights. Send billing concerns with your company and invoice number; never email card details.

Paying an invoice does not by itself establish a subscription, authorize future charges, or change service scope. Recurring billing or automatic payment requires a separate arrangement. Retain your receipt and invoice.
